Sales was great and very helpful and informative Problem is at the people at prov. They don't read the previous messages. Trying to order a fibre line where there is already one. The don't answer any questions Always taking there sweet time to assist the paying customer. Worst service ever
*****ing money even though I called about 2 weeks ago to cancel and created a ticket 2 months ago to cancel
after 2 Months of waiting for DEBT RESCUE !!! to get the ball rolling, I am still under debt review and still not happy, they said 2 weeks and then I would get the clearance. still waiting. more than 2 weeks ago I phoned in with their terrible customer line and requested that the team management needs to phone me back, guess what I still waiting :). still waiting for the apology from their side with their not so great customer service. guess the only way to get a response from them is when you report 1 star on this site.
been struggling to get my actual internet speed of 250mb but Mweb told Metro fibre to activate a 25mb line now I have been calling everyday between last week thursday and today thursday to get this resolved with no real help from anyone of the team. I have been on the line for 10 min and my number in the queue went from 32 to 55 HOW THE ACTAUL FLOCK does that happen
Still waiting for Debt Rescue to phone me back after I escalated my issue on mail and on call. Seems like they do not give a a **** about their clients. I have been debt free from August 2023 and still waiting for my clearance letter. I escalated almost every week in December 2023 and each time they will get back to me on a Friday afternoon and close and mark my tickets as resolve. Without resolving the issue at hand. And now after 2 or more months they want something after I have sent to them in the past and now they lost the documents. I have been on call with them almost 20 mins and they just cut the call. Escalated the issue and have not been phoned back at all And if they actually give a **** I have screenshots of the call that was almost 20 mins and the emails.
They have the most amazing stuff and things to sell. It been over 4 weeks now that I have ordered and paid for something and every time I try to follow up o get no response or a default response of they are busy with cutting Have screenshot were it was promised that I would have received my order by last week or early this week. Going to leave a leave a nice review on Facebook as well Good job
We ordered new phones last week and the consultant told us that she would call us once she placed the order ans keep us in the loop from the get go We arrived today at mtn mall at reds. And she does not have the order. She dis not call us or informed us about anything. She is very unprofessional We expected a better service

placed a order this morning 6 March 2022, did not receive anything. called them with no answer and Checkers is not reimbursing my airtime.
Ordered and paid for a package on evetech, Received a mail to say the package will be delivered in 2 to 4 days, its the 5 day. using lame excuses such as stock control and was understaffed. saying they are hiring more people but no apologies... does not justify why the package still was not sent. worst service I received from Evetech, good job guys wow.
