In May 2025 I ordered two gifts. One was a birthday month pendant , chain and birthstone with engraving at the back. My sister was very pleased with the sentimental gift. Thank you Purple Carrot.π The second gift was for my daughter from the Faith collection. I was so eager to place both orders I forgot to add what I needed engraved. Purple Carrot kindlynWhatsapped me to inform me that I had paid for engraving, but had nkt submitted what I needed done. How gracious of them. It was towards my youngest daughters 25th birthday gift. Purple Carrot went above and beyond π ensuring that both orders arrived well ahead of time. The cherry on the top was that they wrapped my daughters gift so beautifully πππΌπ This my late review (I had to wait until my daughters birthday to see if all was in order) and everything was in order! Thank you Purple Carrot. Your jewellery is beautifully crafted , there is so much to choose from and very affordable. This keeps us coming back. Thank you ladies πππΌπ

(7 days befkre my eldest daughters 29th birthday) I had no idea that by Thursday 09 Januarty at 08:30 in the mkrnkng I'd. E notified by yjhr courier that my order had been placed in the drop box as I had requested. My order was nicely packaged and when I opened it I was very pleasantly surprised! I purchase two items via purple carrot late November 2024 I received all items in good standing, with a minor issue the bracelet I ordered was too small I called and asked them if it was possible to exchange but I was told that in order to exchange I will have to pay my own courier fee of which did not make any sense to me decided to return the item, these consultants have no slightest idea what customer service is, they have a whatsapp number where you can send requests through the whatsapp number I tested whoever was responsible and was on the other end was just so unbothered with my request, I sent the item back, guess what instead of informing me that they have received the item they kept quiet continued with their day as normal as if nothing happened no acknowledgement whatsoever. I decided to call back cause I had a tracking number I could see on my side that the item was delivered by the courier. Anita confirmed that she received the bracelet on the 4th of December which was last week Wednesday and she told me that unfortunately they only do their payments and reimbur*****ts once a week which is Tuesday and promised that the reimbur*****t will be processed on Tuesday the 10th, I then requested for something in black and white stating exactly what she told me and she did as per below: From: Purple-Carrot | Shop <shop@purple-carrot.co.za> Sent: Wednesday, December 4, 2024 9:08 AM To: letho.mazinyo Cc: Purple-Carrot | Payments <payments@purple-carrot.co.za> Subject: 1149769 Good Day Lethokuhle We received your Roly Bracelet and we send your request for a refund of R....... to our Finance department. I am big on service I hate being offered ****ty service

The employees are suppose to get paid last day of each month. Every month the HR department forgets to pay 4-5 employees their salaries. The lady in HR is ***********. I am sure she remembers her own salary in advance. Apparently she and the manager is best buddies, therefore this will continue to happen and nobody cares about the employees having to pay their bills before the 1st of each month.

Ek het n naam hangertjie bestel by Purple Carrot en dit was op n baie kort kennisgewing . Tog het hulle my verseker dis ok hulle gaan hulle bes probeer om hom betyds klaar te kry , alhoewel hulle plus minus 14 dae vat voor die hangertjie in proses is was my order binne 10 dae gereed en afgelewer al het ek so laat bestel. Selfs die aflewering deur Courier Guy was betyds,
