I removed my previous revibe of because I cannot post another one, I haven’t had response from them regarding my request, I did send them an email on the 05/09/2025 and this was the reponse I got from them; Dear Melisha, Thank you for reaching out to Revibe once again, my name is Shehab Eldin and I'm here to assist you. I understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize that the situation has not been resolved to your satisfaction. I know it's disheartening when things don't go as planned, especially when dealing with a device you rely on. I want to be upfront and clear: as per our policies and previous communication, the device has unfortunately been disposed of, as the timeframe for you to cover the shipping fees has passed. Therefore, we are unable to proceed with a refund or offer the device for collection as we no longer possess it. I know this is not the news you were hoping for, and I truly regret that we cannot fulfill your request. The case is now closed. We value you as a customer, and we regret that we couldn't provide a more positive resolution in this situation. Best regards, Shehab Eldin Revibe Support Team I’ve also still waiting now going on the 3rd week for a manager to contact me, I think it’s extremely unfair that I have to sit without my phone and money while Revibe gains from this, this totally unacceptable, Revibe even reported my previous review and I had to get a sworn affidavit, I’m willing to remove my reviews once I have receive my refund, the keep stating they understand my frustration but they don't, this is not how a customer is treated, even if it is against your policies. Unsatisfied customer can become a satisfied if they are assisted and not given BS all the time. I will keep on posting on here until I get a response from them.
Can someone from Revibe please explain to how you can take something that’s mine and dispose of it; please explain why a manager hasn’t contacted me or why there has been no response to my previous complaint and please can I have my money back, I was sincere in my email to you, I even agreed to remove the complaint once I have my refund even a partial refund ??? Revibe, I want my money back, I don’t care about your so called policies, you have something of mine, I reported the fault well within it six months and each time I’ve heard some BS story from you team, If I need to open a case I will but I want my money back.
I was willing to the pay shipping but unfortunately upon seeing the negative about revibe and them ****mers I personally do not want to have anything to do with revibe, please can a supervisor or manager contact me regarding a refund.
I am giving you a 5 star rating for customer service that sucks, I regret purchasing a device from Revibe, after all the trouble and apparently flexible options, which was only one that I have to pay for, yes the shipping was reduced but thanks to Revibe and Shima for the worse service ever , I hope you happy by the outcome of this, to think I was even willing to accept a partial refund, I'd really like management to contact regarding this matter but I doubt they will...Absolute BULL**** pathectic

Absolutely disappointed with service i've received from Revibe, long story short a few weeks ago, I laid a complaint on Hello Peter regarding a faulty iPhone 12 mini that was purchased from them and not working properly, I was contacted by Shima promptly, my phone was collected without any contact from DHL, but it was collected, upon assesment they found that there was nothing wrong with the device, but they are still willing to replace the device however I need to R1485.00 for shipping, these according to the DHL's shipping fees, I did also ask if could replace the device with another instead of 12 mini take a 12 and pay in whatever difference there and i was advised that was not possible and then asked for a refund and was told thats not possible either has it has been more than 10 days, so even though I come out as a complete loser in all of this, REVIBE you can keep my iphone 12 mini and you can keep my money too. Your service has been great up until this point. VERY DISAPPOINTING, previous was taken off by me as a gesture good will (requested by Shima Kanno) but unfortunately this happened, Shehab Eldin every respone i received from you just made me more upset it's as if you did not want help or even meet my halfway ....so Well done revibe support team
I got an iphone 12 mini from revibe in March, the sound quality on calls was very bad, I'm not sure if it is the microphone or speaker but it is very unclear, i did report it to revibe the phone was collected from me an sent back, according to them the phone was fixed, however it still sounds exactly the same, I contacted revibe again and explained the situation with an audio of the call and they said there was no fault found and the job was closed, I did take the phone to be reassessed and was advised that there is a problem with the motherboard of the phone. I need assistance with this matter either a full refund or a new phone.
