Khwela power remain reluctant in solving the billi

It started whem Khwela Power took over the metering system at Maglieshof Flats. They send us all crazy electricity bills that were highly inflated and their reluctance in solving this matter is just one that has been frustrating us. I wrote an email and thus was some of the email contents ,\ , please explain to me on why I have to pay for water that I or the unit that I stay in is not responsible for, 2- Why do I have to be responsible for paying electricity that I never ever get to use?<br> <br> Are we as tenants responsible for the usage of those who stay right next to the toilet where they get to use the water without being monitored in anyway? Why should I pay for some tenant to wash his car in the yard whilst I don't own even a bicycle? <br> <br> The reason for these questions were based on the fact that we have to pay double the actual consumption of electricity per unit..eg: I may consume electricity worth R 249 per month but due to the general comunal space, I will have to pay about R500 towads my electricity bill and this is excluding the double charge for water consumption in the same manner as well as services and rates for other things....<br> <br> Can the Energy Regulator of South Africa do s"
