I bought a brand new KIA Seltos Gt line from KIA Menlyn Multi Franchise (Bulelani Cekeshe is the salesperson ) with side step and towbar as extras, after they fitted sidestep on 13 Jun 2025, passenger front door was making noise, I returned the car to be attended and they claim to have fixed the issue, but when I was monitoring the door I realized that the sound was still there, I requested that the car must be changed, but the service manager and my sales person's manger requested time with a car to fix the door and test it themselves, and it was fixed on the 27 June 2025, later they called me to come collect the car, and the door seemed to have been fixed and the sunroof was half opened during collection time, I monitored the door and while monitoring, within 3 day after collecting the car, the sunroof burst while I am driving the car, it was on the 30 June 2025, I called the salesperson and alerted him of the situation the same time. I returned the car and told them to change it and give me a brand new car same brand, same GTLine, but different car ( I was talking to Principal Manager by the name Yogi Naidoo) , He said they want to do investigation, inspection and process everything first, so they will be given me a loan car in the meantime, they gave me Hyundai I10 branded with their dealership name, I went home with it and later when I start it, it could not start. I called the salesperson (Bulelani), he came, and he jump start the car and ensured me that it will be OK and he will let his managers know. So the issue will be fixed quickly, and I will manage to use that car to go to work. the next day when I have to go to work their car didn't start again, and I had to make plan to go to work. I alerted the salesperson (Bulelani) and the receptionist (Noxolo) but I didn't get any help, the car is still stacked in my garage even today. The next day they contacted me saying that something hit the sunroof before, and that is the reason why it has bust, and they said I must pay the amount so they can fix the sunroof. The car was with them so if something happened it definitely happened in their workshop (KIA Menlyn Multi Franchise), I did not use the car for more than a month as I bought it on 02 June 2025 and return it on 01 July 2025 and the car did not even move more than 3500KM.

Very poor, i use to be a proud kia owner having owned a previous kia and bought a Brand new Kia Sonet EX in 2022 with Maintenance and service plan and got an additional plan for my Breaks and wipers for 3x years. i took my car for a service in Feb 2025, asking kia to replace my Breaks and Wipers, they gladly replaced my Breaks but not my Wipers, stating i claimed last year and i need to wait until the 3rd or 5th of March to claim a new wiper, having good service i didn't complain and stated I will contact kia again in the beginning or march. when i contacted them, i had to take a video and take pictures of my wipers which was odd, but did it anyways, only to be told, sorry your policy has ended on the 3rd March therefore they won't assist us in this regard... i will never again support KIA in my life if this is the ******* that are quick to take your money Additional R12 000 but look for every quick out not to replace WIPERS... which is R400 MAX

I had the worst experience with Kia menlyn I took my car in for service march 2024 in exactly 2 weeks of taking it there the coolant hose busted I called them they said I should bring the car to them I did exactly that they diagnosed my car and gave me a quote of R37000 , I authorised them to fixed and paid the money. I fetch the car on the 25th of April after they repaired it the car was acting funny I had to take it back for to Kia menlyn only to get there and was told that they are quoting me for the same thing that they fixed a month ago . I had to involve the head office they gave me a hard time and I just did not trust to take my car back there I took to Kia centurion . Till this day I do not have a car that am paying. The manager has never called me to ask me anything we do not care about their customers .

The only answer I got when I was there today was it's not on the parts invoice so we didn't change it. Honestly disappointed. Not going to go there anymore. Wouldn't recommend

If I could give a zero, I would. Clutch cable snapped. Took it in to Kia Menlyn and was told that the entire clutch had to be replaced. They then replaced the clutch cable with a hard clutch that damaged my gearbox. Got a second opinion and turns out the original cable could've just been reattached. After spending so much money they made a false claim. Car is back to normal after the persons I got the second opinion from, fixed it. They are SNAKES! Will be reporting these criminals very soon. Does anyone have contact details for an ombudsman I can contact with regards to this?

My fiance took in her car on Thursday 8th December and experienced the worst customer service from a gentleman called Sherriff at the Menlyn branch who lacks problem solving skills and resulted in embarrassing my fiance in front of other customers by being rude and loud when all he had to do was call our service provider to smoothly resolve the issue we had.

I went to fetch my car on Saturday after arranging with N4 Autocraft to let Kia Menlyn that i will fetch the car. When i got to the workshop it is closed and only to find that the person I was told to fetch the car from is not at work and nobody else can assist me including the Manager. My car is standing in the sun and will probably have to withstand the storm coming this weekend. No one can give me the key to my car as they are apparently locked up. Terrible service from both N4 Autocraft and Kia Menlyn.

I went to fetch my car on Saturday after arranging with N4 Autocraft to let Kia Menlyn that i will fetch the car. When i got to the workshop it is closed and only to find that the person I was told to fetch the car from is not at work and nobody else can assist me including the Manager. My car is standing in the sun and will probably have to withstand the storm coming this weekend. No one can give me the key to my car as they are apparently locked up. Terrible service from both N4 Autocraft and Kia Menlyn.
