I bought my second pair of Nine West heels on your site and I'm in love. It's like I'm walking on clouds!! Those shoes are so comfortable and I know because I can hardly spend a day in heels. I will be buying more and more Nine West heels. Thanks 😊
I recently tried to withdraw Instant Money at the ATM, but the machine timed out and took the money back. I went into the bank for assistance, and instead of being told upfront to call Instant Money directly, I was made to queue for over an hour just for a teller to call on my behalf. Instant Money then told me the funds would be reversed after 4 business days. Today, when I followed up, I was told it would actually take 5 working days. Which one is it? Why give customers the runaround? This entire experience has been nothing but disappointing. The service is unreliable, inconsistent, and wastes customers’ time. I expected better. Ref no: 7854946

I had a disappointing experience at this practice. When I arrived, the receptionist was quite condescending and not very helpful. While she did relax after a while, first impressions matter, and it wasn’t a pleasant start. Once I was called in, I sat in the doctor's office, and when he arrived, he asked about my symptoms. However, he seemed completely uninterested and lacked any sense of care or thoroughness. He didn’t conduct any examination—he simply listened to my symptoms, wrote a prescription, and that was it. I was genuinely surprised at the lack of effort because, for all I know, my symptoms could have been caused by something else that required further investigation. Overall, I left feeling like I wasn’t truly cared for as a patient. A medical professional should at least take the time to assess a patient properly rather than rushing through an appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor based on my experience.
Putting a 10% service fee on a bill without informing the customer is ********* and extremely rude!! The service was not great and the manager on Sunday 29 December is extremely rude!!
Ordered using ASAP at 5pm, closest store closes at 7pm. My order wasn't filled until 7pm. EDT kept changing every 30m, even now it's showing delivery at 9:30pm which is impossible because the store is closed!!!! Called the ASAP call center and they are useless because they can only escalate to the store and there is no real time resolution. Now I don't have my items, there is no way to cancel the order in progress. I hate your service!!!
Status on their website says out for delivery. I called their contact centre and I was on hold for 30m to speak to an agent with the voice prompt saying "Your call is very important to us". I wasn't feeling very important having to hold for 30m to speak to an agent. This company lacks customer service!!
If I could give it a negative rating, I would!! The network is more off than on!! Im paying R500 to Vuma and Mweb and I end up buying my own data to Hotspot my laptop because the Fibre connection is off 90% of the time. I can't switch to another SP because Vuma is the only provider in this area!!!
Charging a reconnection fee of R920 on an outstanding invoice of R1133 for a customer who has never missed a payment and was only late by 6 days is INSANE!! I will be lodging a complaint with the relevant authorities on this UNFAIR business practice.
Made a purchase using the woolies app for delivery with dash and due to certain products being out of stock, I was overcharged. I sent a mail to wooliesdash@woolworths.co.za to enquire on the overcharged and I received a response by email from Mishal Jules on 10 Sep confirming that I was overcharged and will be refunded. To date, I have not received the refund and no call to confirm when the refund was processed. This is appalling customer service. Dash Order:o1551045140
