Disappointing Service at News Cafe Emperors Palace.
Bad service at News Cafe Emperors Palace, waiter Reitumetse and crew made us (spouse) wait for an hour just to serve a bottle of wine then after came to say they don’t have it. Had to wait another 30 to go check while they send different waiters to serve us. So disappointed and could not enjoy watching the Pirates & Chiefs match on Sunday 26th April ‘26.

Poor News cafe boksburg
Poor customer care , very few waiters for overwhelming customers to get a drink you need an hour thus if youre served .if you black the indian guy tell you the place is reserved only for you to realise its a lie.

Southgate branch
First time visiting this branch since it opened and I love. Way better than the capello that was there. The staff are very friendly too.

****roach birth service and overcharged
Saturday at News cafes mall@55 I ordered a bottle of wine, tacos, loaded chips and what was called a meal on the house... So my tacos arrived cold and tasteless, the beef they used felt tasteless. I addressed the issue to the manager and he offered the meal on the house. As I continued my stay with my friend the waiters kept on coming to our table to request for our sources so they can use them for other tables. I found that strange alot. We sip the wine and jol in a conversation when suddenly we realize the is ****roach inside our ice bucket 🪣. That eventually ruined our mood. We addressed it to the manager who then kept on saying his sorry. We request for the bill the next thing everything is over charged. Oh and again one of the waiters asked for my fork while I am eating. I am not happy and I wish for all this to change for future customers
