Poor service ,overrated they gave me the worst hair cut ever ,im shatterly dissapointed.
Poor customer care , very few waiters for overwhelming customers to get a drink you need an hour thus if youre served .if you black the indian guy tell you the place is reserved only for you to realise its a lie.
#BlackFriday.car track is a **** company how on earth are you supposed to pay a tracker for a car you no longer have ,its a month to month payment if the vehicle is no longer under me what should i pay for a total ******* . They must revist their conditions many of us are no longer going to use their service .
Very bad Insurance you only chat to a robot and they take days to respond if they do,you only get a message that a handler will assist you and they never call,the numbers they provide don’t go through my car was involved in an accident 3 weeks ago it to them 2weeks to finalise a claim,as in that week nothing has been done in that week my car is still In assessment centre,been trying to follow up everyday still no positive outcome,took a month leave hoping my will be sorted and Monday have to report to work still I don’t have a car,I’m not sure if it’s incompetence ignorance or high level of unprofessionalism in dealing with clients, no step by step explanation you have to struggle to speak to staff members .I’m very disappointed ☹️ .
