Unwilling or incapable of resolving my problem

Rangeview and Noordheuwel outlets both "run out" of diesel same day but got plenty petrol. This is ********* to withhold a product with a view to profiteering when prices go up in2 days. Wont be supporting Total anymore.

No response as promised regarding exorbitant cost for aa glass of wine at R80
Still no response as to if they will consider changing the price for a glass of wine which cost R80 and is more than a 5 star hotel and exorbitant. Just get ignored

SPAM E-MAILS
Friends & Family SPAM; unable to unsubscribe. Stop sending me unsolicited emails from the Friends & Fanily rewards programme with no way to unsubscribe (Your unsubscribe page is broken, but that is likely by design). I have managed to get unsubscribed after numerous emails a few years ago, but was quickly added again. Now even queries logged via the website does not generate any response. THis is pathetic.

Spamming with - mails and sms's
Online orders.This has to stop. All this spam for each order. Last order had11 mails for one order, not counting all the Sms's !!. Now also extra mails from the store itself as well as the online platform. Your online team have also not responded to my e-mail complaint about this. !. I just want to order and know when to collect... thats it.

System problems not resolved.
Got a message to renew my credit card on banking app. Completed the application and where to collect etc and when I submitted a message came up that ABSA were having a technical problem and would resolve. Have since tried again but the option to renew has now disappeared. No response from action e-mail and pass the buck response from social media site FB.

Keep spamming me with e mails and sms that I have never asked for. When I try to unsubscribe it takes me to a site where the only choice is to subscribe.
