Staff cloned my credit card at Brooklyn and did a transaction for R1899.95 to STEAMGAMES.COM. Phoned Brooklyn but no answer and left a voice message. No response
Spamming with e-mails and sms's and no response to me request to stop,
Friends & Family SPAM; unable to unsubscribe. Stop sending me unsolicited emails from the Friends & Fanily rewards programme with no way to unsubscribe (Your unsubscribe page is broken, but that is likely by design). I have managed to get unsubscribed after numerous emails a few years ago, but was quickly added again. Now even queries logged via the website does not generate any response. THis is pathetic.
Online orders.This has to stop. All this spam for each order. Last order had11 mails for one order, not counting all the Sms's !!. Now also extra mails from the store itself as well as the online platform. Your online team have also not responded to my e-mail complaint about this. !. I just want to order and know when to collect... thats it.
Got a message to renew my credit card on banking app. Completed the application and where to collect etc and when I submitted a message came up that ABSA were having a technical problem and would resolve. Have since tried again but the option to renew has now disappeared. No response from action e-mail and pass the buck response from social media site FB.
Keep spamming me with e mails and sms that I have never asked for. When I try to unsubscribe it takes me to a site where the only choice is to subscribe.

Had to order a small freezer online last night for my daughter who has just come out of hospital, and went to collect today and Meadowdale. I have never experienced such brilliant service from the warehouse staff/collections and the shop attendants. They even sent me to the showroom floor where I was served with a lovely cup of coffee. All friendly and smiling. Spoke the the Store manager and warehouse manager to thank them. What a breath of fresh air. Going to buy the same product for me and my wife on the special.Thank you.
