I took my car in for battery change yesterday on Monday at 09:30am. Whole day i wasn't updated on the status of the car till today at 11 am that when i decided to call them. Again when i called no work was done as yet on the car. Since i have a maintenance plan i asked them to replace a window switch which they told me it not covered on maintenance plan of which it not the first time they say this, they said the same thing when they changed brake fluid two years ago. So i called again this afternoon at 16:00 to find out if they have finished, of which to my suprise they haven't even asked Liquid Capital for authorization to order a new battery. My car has been on dealership for two days and counting for mere battery change.
