Bad service

Worst service ever received from Kia Edenvale- bought a car from Wisani Ngoveni and i have additional benefits that were added of Matrix i am not aware of and i did not sign for them, i always do follow ups and no one is getting back to me - now i have to pay for the service i am not aware of, i was advised that everything is financed but to my surprise i have to pay additional on what i dont know of
