Bad Service Kia/ Renault Edenvale

Took my car in with a funny noise, told them what we thought it was, after one day they returned my car saying that its in the engine (what we thought it was - please bear in mind we are not professionals), and that they cant do warranty work on my car I need to take it to a different dealership, took it to Renault Springs and the technician there listened once and told me it was the starter, ordered the part and my car was fixed within a few days. Seems to me Kia/Renault Edenvale didn't really want to assist
