Poor service to loyal customers

i have purchase my Chery Tiggo 4 5 months ago at KiA Motors hartfield and was happy with their service, In June my friend wanted to purchase car then i recommended her to KIA motors in harfield , so the process was done and she got her new car then they promised me R2000 cash (sported ) because i did recommend and the deal was successful , since June 2025 even now they give me promises , have been speaking to the manager ( demo ) by the name of Shaun , his is now avoiding my calls , i will like to know why KIA don't fulfil their promises to to their loyal costumers ? its been 3 months them giving different stories now they avoiding me, even now my colleague wants to purchase car but how will i recommend them because of thier poor service

Shaun has been telling me that Riaan will release payment even today

Can i get clarity of what is going on at KIA MOTORS hatfield ??
