Kabelo Tlailane, the Principal Manager at Kia Northcliff, has delivered the most disgraceful customer experience I have ever witnessed—shockingly, in only eight days on the job. His behaviour has been nothing short of appalling: aggressive, threatening, dismissive of facts, and completely ***********. He has single-handedly ruined what should have been an exciting new-car experience for both me and my sister.
His arrogance is matched only by his dishonesty, and unfortunately the same can be said for Johan Visagie at Kia Northcliff. Their conduct is an embarrassment to the Kia brand and a catastrophic failure in basic client service. For loyal Kia customers like us to be treated with hostility, disregard, and outright disrespect is beyond unacceptable.
These two individuals have caused unnecessary stress, endless inconvenience, and have turned a simple process into a miserable ordeal. How anyone with such an alarming lack of professionalism ends up in a leadership position is beyond understanding. Absolutely disgusting.
The only staff who treated us with respect throughout this mess were Penda, Wilton and Zola.
