From the moment I walked on to the sales floor, I was greeted by Wayne and felt welcome. I told him I was there to look at the new Kia Picanto with trade in of y old Picanto. Wayne helped me straight away by getting me book value on the dot for my Picanto and went a step thither, breaking down coats on the new Picanto, with what I expected to get for my Picanto, and with what I am now getting if I should buy the Sonet. Taking in to account my monthly spend limit it was clear I could afford it now and got a beautiful, band new car, Wayne managed to work with his team to get this done in inly a few hours. Thanks Wayne and the team at Kia Northcliff!

Kabelo Tlailane, the Principal Manager at Kia Northcliff, has delivered the most disgraceful customer experience I have ever witnessed—shockingly, in only eight days on the job. His behaviour has been nothing short of appalling: aggressive, threatening, dismissive of facts, and completely ***********. He has single-handedly ruined what should have been an exciting new-car experience for both me and my sister. His arrogance is matched only by his dishonesty, and unfortunately the same can be said for Johan Visagie at Kia Northcliff. Their conduct is an embarrassment to the Kia brand and a catastrophic failure in basic client service. For loyal Kia customers like us to be treated with hostility, disregard, and outright disrespect is beyond unacceptable. These two individuals have caused unnecessary stress, endless inconvenience, and have turned a simple process into a miserable ordeal. How anyone with such an alarming lack of professionalism ends up in a leadership position is beyond understanding. Absolutely disgusting. The only staff who treated us with respect throughout this mess were Penda, Wilton and Zola.

To say I’m disappointed with Kia Northcliff would be an understatement. I’ve always loved Kia vehicles and was genuinely excited to purchase a new car under my own name—but this experience has completely *****ed that excitement. I would strongly recommend visiting any other Kia dealership, as I’ve had far better experiences elsewhere. How does a dealership make errors with an engine and VIN number, then pressure clients and finance houses because of delays caused by their own processes, just to meet monthly quotas? To make matters worse, I received a call a month later informing me there were still issues. The level of service, customer care, and overall professionalism at Kia Northcliff has been shocking. If you want to avoid frustration and disappointment, steer clear of this dealership. Either go to another Kia branch or, better yet, consider a different brand entirely—I would never purchase a vehicle from Kia Northcliff again.

This Kia used to be the best at one point. All our needs were catered to with a smile but recently the pits. The new lady called Rendani is clueless and clearly uninterested in helping the customers. For some reason every time I get transferred to Ryan the phone hangs up. I don’t know what happened to this Kia but clearly the standards have dropped.

This has been the worst experience with a KIA dealership by far. I called two days ago to book my car in for a service and they didn't even register the car for the service. When I got to the dealership they added my car. Then to get told they decided suddenly to not pick up customers. This isn't something you decide on in a whim. Utterly disappointing. KIA Johannesburg South is by far the best.

It's a pity one cannot rate a zero here, service is worse than that. ordered parts of which parts I didn't need were added to the invoice, upon realizing this I went back to the parts department to get my refund, of which I was told I have to fill out a form again because the 1st one had incorrect details. 5 working days later I have not been refunded nor contacted regarding the refund. WHY DID I CHOOSE TO BUY KIA, I don't know, but I am regretting it now.

Dealing with the parts manager is complete nightmare, and it turns out it's more expensive and takes longer to dealer with Nortcliff compared to other dealerships! After needing a whole workday just to get a quote I made payment after hours. I noticed on the terms that the dealer takes no responsibility if the part is wrong, so I decided to call another dealer to confirm the part number and that is when I received real service. The call was quick, I had a quote within minutes, the price was more than R1,500.00 cheaper and I even had a follow up call to say if I made payment before 10am I would have the part by tomorrow (Wednesday) Since Phumlani had not even acknowledged my proof of payment at this stage I had to call to confirm, the part clearly hadn't been ordered yet and I was promised the part by Friday. When I asked Phumlani about this he made a few excuses and admitted that if I went to the other branch I would have received the part cheaper and quicker.

I was in the market for a Kia Seltos, so I stopped at Kia Northcliff last Friday. They didn’t want the model I wanted on the floor, so they sourced one for me from another branch. They told me on Friday afternoon it would be there for a test drive on Monday (yesterday). In the meantime they obtained a valuation on my trade in and made me an offer and collected my FICA docs. By Friday close of business they had arranged pre-approved finance. I stopped there at 15:00 yesterday, took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. They told me I could take possession the same day! I didn’t think it was possible, but 2 hours later I picked up my car and was totally flabbergaster by the amazing team at Kia Nortcliff. Thank you Kieth, Michelle and Wilton!!
