This has been the worst experience with a KIA dealership by far. I called two days ago to book my car in for a service and they didn't even register the car for the service. When I got to the dealership they added my car. Then to get told they decided suddenly to not pick up customers. This isn't something you decide on in a whim. Utterly disappointing. KIA Johannesburg South is by far the best.
Terrible service from Telkom. I've been trying to close a business account due to the owner being deceased. I have submitted ALL documents to Telkom and to this day have received 3 automated replies with no feedback from a consultant. Trying to call Telkom and there's been no luck. This is appauling seeing as I need to pay the damn account each month and no one is using it. Well done Telkom!
I went into store 2 months back to do a change of ownership on my Telkom account as the account holder had passed away. I submitted all documentation, including the change of ownership form and got told that a consultant would contact me to process the order. I received no phone call from Telkom, I would assume that you would phone a customer more than once if you do not get through to them the first time, however, nothing came out of it. I then received two invoices under my name, but I've just called their services department and got told that they cannot process anything as the account holder has not been changed. So happy to have changed service providers, this is terrible service from Telkom considering that their packages aren't at all cost effective.
