On Jan 13th I booked in my car at Kia Table View for a 90km service they told me I needed to change a timing chain and a timing belt,told me that it had not been changed at 60km as it should have been and fact it I have been servicing my car there since I got it,they neglected to change this and now telling me the warranty plan might not pay in full for their negligence,as if that was not enough they told me they are waiting for authorisation from the warranty plan and they will call me to give me feedback,I never received any call from them,I then called in myself on Thursday last week,I was told stories that they are still waiting since the 13th and I was asked to send them my vehicle licence disk photo and mileage on the car,waited for feedback still no feedback from them but I have received a message from Motus Finance that they have received a claim from me plus my car is not performing like it's just been serviced either,I am disgusted with the service I have received at Kia Table View
