Dissapointed client

I purchased a secondhand car from KIA Vereeniging in 09 May 2024. Recently, I was shocked to receive a notification about a speeding ticket issued on June 9, 2024, at 7:03 AM in Vanderbijlpark—on my old car's number plate.

This issue clearly points to a failure by KIA Vereeniging to handle the transfer of ownership of my old vehicle properly. I immediately contacted them, but it’s been over two weeks, and they’ve been avoiding my calls and delaying responses.

I have no intention of accepting responsibility for a fine that isn’t mine, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and support from KIA Vereeniging. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’m taking action to ensure this matter is resolved. I expect better service and will not allow anyone to walk over me.
