What a HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I am so livid! We bought a fridge in November 2024, in March 2025 we discovered that the rubber seal is loose and so we called KIC to come and have a look since we were still within warranty. They came quick, and so we thought ah! They must really care about their customers. Boy! Were we wrong! We are now in JUNE, and our fridge still has not been repaired, I have called several times, and all I keep getting told is that “the fridge doors are on the way”.. I keep getting sms’ that the job has been completed, which is confusing because NOBODY CAME BACK SINCE THE DAY THEY CAME TO CHECK THE FRIDGE! .. I am so angry, what ****es me off the most is that, they are now ignoring my emails! Recently, they sent an email telling me that I will be credited, and that was it, nobody bothered to call me to explain what the hell is going on? Ohh my goodness, my blood is boiling! KIC, is the worst!
