Order Not Received – No Update for Over a Month

Hi, I placed an order online in mid-January, and it has now been over a month without receiving my parcel. I also haven’t received any updates or communication regarding the status of my order. I’m honestly not happy with the service. The service from your company has been very, very bad, especially considering the long delay and the complete lack of communication.
