After POOR experiences with the Great Yellow Brick (SA's certified Lego store), Don't trust a store just because it is the local Certified Lego Store. Rather, shop at Kiddiwinks, MUCH friendlier service and better packaging, and the staff knows their LEGO

After shocking experiences with the Great Yellow Brick (SA's certified Lego store), I realise just how good Bryony and her team are. Don't trust a store just because it is the local Certified Lego Store. Rather, shop at kiddiwinks, where you can also earn rewards and the prices are usually cheaper. I highly recommend.

Don't trust a store just because it is the local Certified Lego Store. Rather, shop at kiddiwinks, where you can also earn rewards and the prices are usually cheaper. I highly recommend.

What a fantastic shopping experience ! Kiddiwinks web shopping interface and loyalty program is one of the best I have seen. They also went out of there way for me to get a Lego set during the Black Friday frenzy and their team is always either sending me an email or phoning when a set becomes available. Thank you Matthew and Team ! You have a Kiddiwinks supporter for life !

Horrible online shopping experience. Their only excuse for not being able to deliver is that they are overwhelmed with their online sales. Empty promises, unprofessional customer service. Why have Black Friday deals if you can’t not deal with the volume of orders? May I suggest you do a project management course or retail so that you are equip to deal with running an online shop

One of those shops who are happy to take your money instantly, but when a refund is due, a week later i am still waiting. Their excuse? The payment partner must do the refund, the same payment partner who seemingly dont man their email inboxes. Then when i ask on Facebook, the response from Kiddiwinks is reading me some act and regulation regarding 30 days to refund etc etc. Awesome customer service, you will never see me again, and i hope people dont support a place who has no clue what it means to be customer friendly. There are MANY other online shops with a much better understanding of what customer service is

As a relatively frequent buyer at Kiddiwinks, Palmyra Junction, I'd earned approximately R500's worth of Legacy Loyalty points from my last two purchases. Arriving at the store today to make a purchase of R3000.00, I learnt that not only was I no longer recognised on their systems as an existing customer, I was also informed that "Legacy had pulled out of Kiddiwinks" and that I no longer had my credit available with them. Lost sale, lost customer. Greatyellowbrick hopefully has a better customer retention plan.
