Car rental service was fantastic, no problem at all. Unfortunately their admin staff, namely Lindi Stander, let them done with her very poor communication skills and dishonesty. Struggled to get proof of payment from them. We now have to issue a dispute with our bank for a charge back to try to get our deposit back, after being told by Lindi that she had processed the refund even though she didn’t. She then proceeded to block my email address.
I cancelled my policy in March. Dotsure continued to deduct the premium each month until June. I was told it was going to be refunded by Knowledge Letsetla on the 2nd of June. This week I had to contact them again for the refund. The supervisor assured me that she was personally doing the refund, and it should be in my account within 2 days. Still no refund. Shocking communication, no replies to email
Ordered on Monday, all items 24 hour dispatch time, received someone else’s order with a Christian book in. Monique blocks me on WhatsApp, doesn’t answer my calls, sends it straight to voice mail. Blames everything on the courier guy, even though it is clearly their mistake. Can’t tell me where my order is. Doesn’t respond to text messages, phone calls or emails. The owner is apparently abroad and can’t speak to me. Shocking unethical business practices
Horrible online shopping experience. Their only excuse for not being able to deliver is that they are overwhelmed with their online sales. Empty promises, unprofessional customer service. Why have Black Friday deals if you can’t not deal with the volume of orders? May I suggest you do a project management course or retail so that you are equip to deal with running an online shop
