This business has absolutely zero trust in their customers and treat them like ****mers and ****s. Be mindful and think twice before trying to return anything. They make you jump through hoops even though they are the ones who make the mistakes. Stay clear

We bought a CRICUT machine and the machine was opened in their Employee’s presence and immediately realized that the machine was defected – resulting in the fact that the 2 persons that attended the training (15 November 2023) could not do practical training due to this. We were informed that we are responsible to report the machine directly to Cricut and sort it out – I made a screenshot of their Cancellation & Return Policy below. We are loosing business due to the fact that we have been battling to get assistance from Cricut and Doodles Café – I purchased this product directly from them so they need to replace the machine and take the defect product and handle this directly with CRICUT. We were not informed that it will be our problem to handle defect products. I also want to point out that on their Website has no Return Policy section – it shows “Coming Soon”. This is false advertising and misleading customers that is a huge violation of the Consumer Protection Act. See below their wording for Cancellation & Return Policy: Once in a great while a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and we will ship you a replacement as soon as we receive proof of the product default or after we have received the faulty product. I have done a PAIA application to get the contact details of the Owner as the one Assistant working there refuses to put me in contact with the Owner and blatantly refuses to give my message to the Owner to speak to her directly. We phoning the business this same person keep slamming the phone down in my ear when she realizes that it is me that is calling.

Mid May I followed up on my order and was told that I will receive my product Mid June (which is fine because it still falls within the 8 week period) Today after the 8 week wait, I follow up on my order just to find out that Doodles Cafe has not even received my product on their end!!! Surely a company like this should follow up on their orders - If I had not followed up today, when would I have heard from them? Easy to push the blame on their supplier - all I get is an "ok" from the person who I am chatting to</div>

Such friendly, and patient people! I was so unsure of what cricut machine to buy, I phoned them and spoke to a lovely lady. She took the time to explain the deference of all the cricuts in such detail. Now I feel more confident that I purchased the correct cricut for what I need. Thank you so much!!!

Fast delivery but the product received is not as per what is seen online. The burgandy colour is more a pink cherise colour. Unfortunately the person who took the call was unhelpful and not really interested in a solution other than you can send it back. She insisted it is burgandy when it clearly is not. Pity cause I thought their website is good and the delivery was so quick. Friendly staff who are willing to find a replacement so that you get closer to what you need will make all the difference.
