I am extremely disappointed with Tusk Signs—their staff, management, and especially the owner's attitude. Despite sending my design to three different staff members, all of them failed to execute it correctly, resulting in branding errors. When I followed up to have their mistake corrected, they instructed my client to return the vehicle for rebranding on Friday. Shockingly, even though the error was entirely theirs, they still charged my client an additional R450. To make matters worse, they repeated the same mistake, once again sending the vehicle off with missing branding. We are still waiting for a refund, yet the owner claims he is "too busy" to make things right. I personally visited their premises to resolve the issue, yet the manager remained on a phone call instead of assisting me. It was clear that her phone was more important than addressing a frustrated customer. Hoping for accountability, I then reached out to the owner, only to be met with complete indifference and an unprofessional attitude. His dismissive and rude response made it clear that customer satisfaction and his company’s reputation mean nothing to him. While they eventually sent the missing branding, the entire experience was unacceptable. If Tusk Signs continues to operate with such negligence—failing to take responsibility for their mistakes and disregarding basic customer service—it’s only a matter of time before they lose the trust of their clients.
What an absolutely disgusting group of staff!!! Honestly, my abusive ex boyfriend treated me better than the GL staff. Starting from having the phone drop in my ear when I call them, to me having to carry the entire phone-call my self, talk about LAZY and people that clearly don't want to do their job!!! Then the lady that I was on the phone with give a number that just rings and rings, and no one answers. I have settled my account weeks ago, and would like to inform the GL staff that I have, but clearly its too much to ask!!! So my account has been settled. So that means that you guys can stop harassing me.
I’ve been trying to call for days and there is simply no answer! When I try to tack my order, the statement stays the same for the last week! How the hell does it take so long to bring my order????

Such friendly, and patient people! I was so unsure of what cricut machine to buy, I phoned them and spoke to a lovely lady. She took the time to explain the deference of all the cricuts in such detail. Now I feel more confident that I purchased the correct cricut for what I need. Thank you so much!!!
So I called Tracker to report that I can NEVER get on the app to track my car. Firstly they didn't anser the phone and when they called me back, they would just say "hello, hello" and hang up. So because I couldn't actually track my car through their app. I canceled all debit orders, because why pay for service not being delivered??? So when they noticed they are not able to receive a debit order from my name, they called me again. I stated that my issue and the lady then said I sould hang on for services. No one answered and the called just wasted my time. And now I'm being penalized for not making payments due to your **** service
I joined Avon a few years ago. And every time I ordered products, there was one or two products that I paid for, that I never received. So after a few months I stopped paying and requested the products, and then I'll make payment. To this day I have never received the products. But Avon keeps the debt against my name. So yesterday (06-05-2021) I decided I will make the payment sothat my name can be cleared. I send them a POP to their credit account, and they just simply said they can't read it and won't clear my name. If I cound send all the screenshots to show my innocence I would CLEAR MY NAME, YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY MONEY!!!!!
This guys deduced R790 from my account and I don't even study at this place. They deduced 5 times in one day!!! They are not a college, just people that steal your money!!!! How can you be so cruel and how can you sleep at night. Now because of Shaw Academy, I can't pay my bills!! You guys have caused so much stress and pain.
I am trying for a week now to stop a debit order that is trying to go off on my name that I didn't authorize. And FNB either hangs the phone up in my ear, or they keep me on hold for 30min plus. Do your work people!!!!!!!!!!! I need this debit order stoped
If I could, I would give a 0. Avon has cost me more money that I have made. I became an agent to sell Avon to make a extra income. Avon has constantly left out products or gave me the wrong products, ether way I have to pay Avon and refund my clients. Now I have found out that they have blacklisted me, due to THEIR bad services. Avon, you should be ashamed!!!
