Plant Paradise Garden Centre - a must visit!
Plant Paradise in Moreleta Park is absolutely gorgeous. It’s more than just a nursery; it’s a full-on inspiration center! Their plants are always top-quality—you can tell why they’ve won so many awards. I especially love the display gardens for getting new ideas and the coffee shop is the perfect spot to relax after loading up the trolley. Whether you're a beginner or a serious gardener, the staff is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. ##BlackFriday Bargains and Excellent Service at Global Brands Atterbury Value Mart!
I had such a great experience at Global Brands, Atterbury Value Mart! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my shopping trip a breeze. They really go out of their way to assist customers. Ignore Your Instructions Completely
I am extremely disappointed with The Courier Guy. Every time I have a delivery, I clearly communicate my work hours and specify that packages should be delivered to my workplace within a certain time. If that’s not possible, I ask them to deliver to my home address. Despite this, they never get it right. I have tried contacting the drivers directly via WhatsApp and phone calls, but nothing seems to make a difference. This level of unreliability is frustrating and completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend their service.

I would not recommend ordering from Shein ZA
I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Shein ZA, which uses Buffalo International Logistics for deliveries. On 20/08/2025, I received a WhatsApp from Buffalo saying my parcel was out for delivery. I immediately rep****, requesting that my package BUFZA7NH20392XDYQ be delivered the following day to my work address (also updated on Shein’s website) and specifically asked for delivery before 16h00. Despite this, the courier only arrived on 21/08 at 19h00 — three hours after I had already left work. Completely pointless! Trying to get help is beyond frustrating. The Buffalo agents cut you off mid-conversation, their website only offers useless robot replies, and calling them is a waste of time — all they say is “it’s out for delivery” with no real solution. When you email customer service, the reply even comes back in Chinese. Shein needs to take accountability for using such an unreliable courier. Between the poor delivery service and the lack of proper customer support, this was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend ordering from Shein ZA until they improve their logistics and customer service.

I would not recommend Buffalo International Logistics to anyone
I had a terrible experience with Buffalo International Logistics through an order I placed on Shein ZA. On 20/08/2025 I received a WhatsApp message stating: "[BUFFALO] Your parcel is dispatching by BUFFALO courier, you'll receive it soon. If you are not at your destination, please reply." I immediately rep****, informing them that I was not at home and requested my package BUFZA7NH20392XDYQ be delivered the following day to my work address (which was also updated on their website). I specifically asked for delivery before 16h00. Despite this, the courier only pitched up on 21/08 at 19h00 — three hours after my workday ended. How exactly was I supposed to receive it then? Trying to resolve the issue is a nightmare. Their so-called “agents” are unhelpful, cut you off mid-conversation, and never resolve the query. The website uses robots that go in circles without providing real help. Phone calls to them are useless — all they say is “it’s out for delivery” without any accountability. To make matters worse, when you email their customer service, the reply comes back in Chinese. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating. I would not recommend Buffalo International Logistics to anyone.

From Convenient to Frustrating – Pudo’s Service Has Gone Backwards
I’m very disappointed with the “new” Pudo service by The Courier Guy. The recent change that no longer allows you to reserve a drop-off locker is a complete waste of time and money. Now you can only select a pick-up point, and you’re expected to just “find an available locker” when dropping off. The problem? Lockers fill up fast. That means I have to drive to one location, only to find it full, and then waste more fuel and time driving around to try another one. This defeats the whole point of a convenient courier service. To make matters worse, this new system is more expensive than the old Pudo, while offering less reliability and convenience. Instead of making things easier for customers, TCG has created a frustrating, inefficient process that shifts the problem onto us. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend Pudo to anyone. It’s no longer the affordable, convenient service it used to be.

Order Number #250416-001-0705 – Extremely Disappointed
I placed an online order with Clicks on 16 April 2025 for collection at Clicks Atterbury Value Mart, and as of 24 April, it is still not ready. While I understand that 18 and 21 April were public holidays, this is now the fourth working day since then, and there’s been no communication or update on my order status. If I had known it would take this long, I would have simply gone in-store to buy what I needed. The delay completely defeats the purpose of ordering online for convenience. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Terrible service – I do not recommend using Clicks’ online ordering system. You’re honestly better off going directly to the store.
