Unreasonable and Rude Treatment at Woodmead Retail Park
On 02 January 2026 at around 15h00, my family and I experienced unacceptable treatment at Woodmead Retail Park. We had just come from another store and were pushing a trolley containing items worth approximately R5,000, with our 1-year-old daughter seated inside. When attempting to enter Global Brands store, security informed us that trolleys were not allowed. We immediately tried to comply by removing our child and politely asked if we could temporarily leave the trolley by the store entrance. A female staff member responded rudely and dismissively, insisting the trolley be left outside the store entirely, effectively requiring us to leave valuable items unattended in a public space. This was unreasonable, unsafe, and handled with a complete lack of empathy, especially considering we were managing a small child. While store policies are understood, they must be app**** with professionalism, courtesy, and common sense. I expect: Clarification of the trolley policy, An explanation of how customers are expected to safeguard their belongings, Assurance that staff and security will be trained to treat customers respectfully. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect acceptable customer service standards.

Jabu at woodmead treated us like we are less of human beings
Good day, Jabu unfairly treated myself and my wife at the woodmead store even his manager Bongiwe did not assist. These 2 do not deserve the jobs they have. Bongiwe **** and said she’s the manager and now Jabu is the manger. They are refusing to let us see the store manger. This happened on Saturday 6 December around 1pm in the afternoon.

Good day, Jabu unfairly treated myself and my wife at the woodmead store even his manager Bongiwe did not assist. These 2 do not deserve the jobs they have. Poor service Global brand Centurion
Poor service I ever got in my life !! never thought that being black guy/person will ever make me feel so small! Today I visited global brand Centurion(life style shipping) I need help from one lady I think her name is Thabiseng if not mistaken so as I was busy talking about shoe size one customer came for service as well as she was about to go and get sizes for that customer she called one of his colleague to be on the lookout because something doesn't feel right !! That time we were only two customers around her myself and the one who was fetching shoe for,I was so offended by the situation when I was about to leave the store everyone was looking at me as if I'm in the wrong space, you could tell that something it's been said by her because she left me with the guy she called I never felt so small for my physical appearance and was not caring anything that says Im there to *****!! I wish proper training can be introduced to such employees and I'm crying for people of my dark appearance if we still have people who sees black guys as ********s in 2025 sauth Africa still have a long way to Go!!!!!

Excellent Service
Global brand Centurion is the best. We were assisted by a Nice Lady by the name of Irene. She welcomed and the assistance us very excellently..The smile she gives ,say it all, that she loves her job. And I have to say, It was not the first time we got assisted by her. She is just amazing. Big up's to Global Brand Centurion. Me and my Mom we surely visiting again soon.

Excellent Service
Global brand Centurion is the best. We were assisted by a Nice Lady by the name of Irene. She welcomed and the assistance us very excellently..The smile she gives ,say it all, that she loves her job. Global brands outlet store greenstone
My rating is one star for global brands. The service attitude towards clients is terrible It was my birthday on the 24th September and my sister bought me a superdry shirt, it didn't fit. They were demanding a slip for the gift I received And I didn't find anything that fits They don't give refunds either or a voucher to replace the purchase. How does a legitimate business operate like this what happens to the consumer act.
