FALSE ADVERTISING AND VIOLATION OF CPA

The Hyde Park Kids Emporium advertised a 2019 Nuna pram model on their website.

- I ordered said 2019 model pram/c****at/basinet bundle which was quoted for by Hyde Park Kids Emporium, and the order was placed and paid for. - On 25/05/2020 the order arrived, but the pram was a 2017 model with fewer & less premium features. - Multiple attempts to contact Hyde Park Kids Emporium to rectify this issue were made, but were ignored. - On 02/06/2020, Nuna representatives confirmed that the 2019 model was not available in the country, and that it could not be supplied at all. - Multiple emails and calls were made thereafter to Hyde Park Kids Emporium representatives - all which amounted to nothing until the owner finally returned a call on the first week of July, 2020. - Store credit to the value of the market related difference between the 2017 and the 2019 pram model was promised by the owner via e-mail on 03/08/2020 but all calls and e-mails have been ignored since then.
