NO FEEDBACK/RESPONSE OR UPDATES

Extremely Unhappy. Placed an order, paid with immediate payment. Sent through the proof of payment on whatsapp and email- only to be told the finance department will check my payment and get back to me (a day after) as my order has not been updated to show paid. HOURS later and NO response. I double checked, account details are in order. How long does it take to recon a payment that should have reflected Yesterday MORNING already? And would it cause harm to keep clients informed???? I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Rather buy on takealot, pay a bit more and be informed about your order. I'd rather be a Karen than let businesses walk all over me.
