Unreliable, poor customer service!
I placed an order on the 14th of October 2025. It is now the 22nd of October 2025. I received an email update that the order is complete. I called them asking them where my order was and they could not track it. They said they'd call me back but did not. I called them back and they said that there was an issue with my order. That upset me because 1- They said my order was complete. 2- Had I not followed up on my order, they were not going to contact me. 3 - after enquiring about my order they said they would call me back but did not and I had to call them again only to be told that there was a mix up with my order #120050 at the warehouse yet I received an email stating order complete. I'm escalating this matter with the National Consumer Commission!

Unreliable, poor customer service!
I placed an order on the 14th of October 2025. It is now the 22nd of October 2025. I received an email update that the order is complete. NO FEEDBACK/RESPONSE OR UPDATES
Extremely Unhappy. Placed an order, paid with immediate payment. Sent through the proof of payment on whatsapp and email- only to be told the finance department will check my payment and get back to me (a day after) as my order has not been updated to show paid. HOURS later and NO response. I double checked, account details are in order. How long does it take to recon a payment that should have reflected Yesterday MORNING already? And would it cause harm to keep clients informed???? I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Rather buy on takealot, pay a bit more and be informed about your order. I'd rather be a Karen than let businesses walk all over me.

Second-hand goods
A purchased a BB gun for my son’s birthday. When the item arrived the box had already been opened, the internal packaging was damaged, and the gun had clearly been used with scuff marks on the body where the paint had been rubbed off from being held. I contacted the support number and will request a full refund.

Great customer service!
I bought bikes and was assisted by Chuma who I really brilliant! We were not happy with the quality of the bikes as things kept falling out, and I returned them because I was not comfortable keeping them as I wasn’t confident 5 months down the line they would still be in a working condition, Chuma gladly helped me and processed a seamless refund, I will definitely buy again if they have any item of my interest.

Great customer service!
I bought bikes and was assisted by Chuma who I really brilliant! I've purchased a bottle warmer & sterilizer from Kidsalot. The day baby was born which was three months after purchase I've tried the item to sterilize bottles. A fume came from the machine. They cannot replace as it need to break in be 7 days although warranty is 12 months.
