I placed an order on the 14th of October 2025. It is now the 22nd of October 2025. I received an email update that the order is complete. I called them asking them where my order was and they could not track it. They said they'd call me back but did not. I called them back and they said that there was an issue with my order. That upset me because 1- They said my order was complete. 2- Had I not followed up on my order, they were not going to contact me. 3 - after enquiring about my order they said they would call me back but did not and I had to call them again only to be told that there was a mix up with my order #120050 at the warehouse yet I received an email stating order complete. I'm escalating this matter with the National Consumer Commission!
