Cancelled my flexicare on the 31st of Dec 2025 after being refused assistance with an emergency of a baby having a severe peanut butter allergic reaction then again being refused for a child drowning incident. I received confirmation of policy cancellation om the 31st of Dec now they attempted debiting but luckily I removed all my money from my debit card to my credit card. Now that decline has charged me R130. This is an infringement of CPA Im sick and tired of flexicare im escalating this with Ombudsman!
I made a vaccination appointment for my 6 months old baby for 01/01/2026 @4:30. I received a reminder for my appointment sms on the 31st of Dec 2025. When I arrived for my appointment the store was closed!! You have caused me wasteful expenditure of petrol in this economy and wasted my time! I am beyond furious and highly inconvenienced!
On the 31st of December 2025 I gave my 7months old baby porridge with a bit of peanut butter. She had a major allergic reaction and we had to rush her to the ER, before going I called Flexicare number and call centre was unavailable called Netcare911, they picked up after a very long time (2nd incident happening) Clinix Lesedi said they don’t accept Flexicare Plus, Netcare gardens said I’d have to pay out of pocket. What’s the point of having the 1mil emergency plan if I can’t use it! I’m cancelling my plan today the 1st of Jan 2025. My baby had to be taken to a gov hospital on NYE night! I’m cancelling and raising with ombudsman
I placed an order on the 14th of October 2025. It is now the 22nd of October 2025. I received an email update that the order is complete. I called them asking them where my order was and they could not track it. They said they'd call me back but did not. I called them back and they said that there was an issue with my order. That upset me because 1- They said my order was complete. 2- Had I not followed up on my order, they were not going to contact me. 3 - after enquiring about my order they said they would call me back but did not and I had to call them again only to be told that there was a mix up with my order #120050 at the warehouse yet I received an email stating order complete. I'm escalating this matter with the National Consumer Commission!
Makro has normalized cancelling items on online orders because "their suppliers are having difficulties or delays" such incompetency from a big company is disappointing. This has become a norm and its so frustrating ordering and knowing that you might not get what you ordered. If items are sold out why is the product still on the website for weeks showing available? why is there no communication before cancellation. There is also a pattern I have noticed where they'll email "refund" then the same product from the same supplier becomes available at a higher price. These South African brands are really pushing us to use international brands such as Amazon and Shein because of their poor customer service and dishonesty!
Ordered a washing machine on the 1st of March 2025. It is now the 19th of March 2025. Hifi has postponed delivery over 9 times. The latest being they were supposed to deliver tomorrow the 20th but postponed to the 24th of March. I as the customer do follow ups. Beware the 3-5days delivery time is false advertising.
Ordered from McDonald's Norkem Park Branch via Mr Delivery. An incomplete order was delivered. Outlet number doesn't work. Lodged a complaint on the McD website, 2 days later they called and hung up before I could answer. When I try to call back the number it doesn't go through.
I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase anything from Game, Online. I placed my Order on the 9th of August 2022. Today is the 18th of August 2022. I can't track my order. No communication from Game if I, the customer don't initiate it. Order hasn't been delivered and I'm given the run around. They keep telling me my order will be delivered tomorrow. Each day I ask. I was advised not to order online but I decided not to listen. PLEASE BE WARNED ABOUT GAME ONLINE DEPARTMENT INEFFICIENCY

Jason ignores my order tracking enquiries - 7 emails have been sent asking the same thing over the 3 weeks period. When I call a lady puts me on hold for Cindy then phone gets hung up.
