I would like to take this moment to thank Ruth at Silverlakes. I have never received such an amazing experience anywhere else. After some of my items were out of stock. Called in to request for replacement instead of refund. The lady assisted me in the most professional way. She kept her promise and she updateed me every step of the way. I am not happy with the experience. I have received confirmation that my order was out for delivery on the 4 December 2024, however I was not available to take receive it. I have rescheduled for delivery for 6th December which was Friday. Till today I have bot received any update regarding my order. I would like to know when I should expect feedback PNJ62881240

Bad experience with the store
Worst experience I have received. I have place an order on the 20th July to date the order is not fulfilled. I have requested for a refund and I keep on getting automated response to confirm my banking details which I have done already. Do no order from this store.
