I have placed and paid my order in December 2025. I have not received anything to date. Poor communication regarding the delay. I was told my order is being quality checked. My expected date was 11 Feb 2026. Very unhappy with the delay.

If I had an option for 0 stars I would probably have chosen that. Bad pathetic services. Duran takes he's own time to get back to u. Staff have no interest in keeping this branch open. Bag is an understatement... Pathetic services.

I've purchased a bottle warmer & sterilizer from Kidsalot. The day baby was born which was three months after purchase I've tried the item to sterilize bottles. A fume came from the machine. They cannot replace as it need to break in be 7 days although warranty is 12 months.
My daughter app****, paid the agent R500 for a credit report. I have access to her credit report and she doing very well. But she kept calling the agent to Craig at remax unlimted and he got ****ed off by her calling every 2nd week. He's comment was.... "If that's the case ur application is declined"
It'snice having the tracker available to check how far the parcel is. If products are not available I get an option for voucher or bank transfer. If I find something wow, I add to my list as gifts to family and finds, and I confident the delivery will not delay my expectations. Thanks snatcher.
