I placed an order for two couches with Lifestyle Home at the beginning of January, and the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. After placing the order, communication has been almost non-existent. I have reached out multiple times to request an update on the progress of my order, but my messages have largely been ignored. On one occasion, I received a response saying they would get back to me with feedback, I never heard from them again. Out of frustration, we even went to their warehouse in person, hoping to get clarity, but unfortunately, the staff there were also unable to provide any meaningful update or timeline. At this point, I am left completely in the dark regarding the status of my order, which is unacceptable considering the time that has passed. I understand that delays can happen, but a complete lack of communication and accountability is not acceptable. Customers deserve transparency and timely updates. I would strongly urge Lifestyle Home to improve their customer service and communication processes. I am still waiting for clear feedback on my order and a confirmed collection timeline.

Very impressed with Lifestyle new system. Second time going back to them. Was not impressed first time. Much better experience with their new systems and teams. Even the item arrived and looks great. Well done!
