**** ALERT _ KIDSVROOM
This is a ****! I made a purchase on this online store. I was informed the item I purchased was not in stock and was emailed other items to choose from. I requested a refund from the person I was dealing with zinhlenawa@gmail.com but never heard back from them or my R1300

Kidzvroom is a ****!!
This is a ****. I ordered a kids bike 31 May 2025. I got email to confirm order and delivery. I then got another email after a few weeks to say stock issues, but when I rep**** I was ignored. No bike was delivered and no refund received. I called the number listed on the FB about page and was ignored. It’s 2 July 2025, still no response, no bike and no refund. I have reported this as ***** to police. People keep commenting on FB that this is a **** but she keeps deleting the comments. I looked up the number and it says it belongs to Menette Roos 082 444 7649 Please be careful of this person and company!!

Kidzvroom is a ****!!
This is a ****. I ordered a kids bike 31 May 2025. I got email to confirm order and delivery. I then got another email after a few weeks to say stock issues, but when I rep**** I was ignored. Buyer beware
I ordered and paid for a 'proudly South African Made bike on 5th June. I tried to get in touch with them many times to find out the expected delivery date. What a joke, I can show you numerous emails to info@kidzvroom.co.za as well as an individual called - zinhlenawa@gmail.com with no joy! They do NOT have a contact number on the web at all. On 13 June I received a mail from the latter mentioned person, stating that they were having difficulties with suppliers and this was followed up by another mail showing me 2 inferior bikes from China that they were prepared to offer me! It is now 26 June, and I have 1) Not received any communication from this company 2) Not had my money returned to my bank! Be warned, based on this experience - Do not order from this company!

I would give them negative infinity I could. This is a ****. Do not buy from this store. Nothing was ever delivered. It’s almost a month to no luck. **** ALERT!!!!!!!!! They are ignoring me we I requested a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!
