I ordered and paid for a 'proudly South African Made bike on 5th June. I tried to get in touch with them many times to find out the expected delivery date. What a joke, I can show you numerous emails to info@kidzvroom.co.za as well as an individual called - zinhlenawa@gmail.com with no joy! They do NOT have a contact number on the web at all. On 13 June I received a mail from the latter mentioned person, stating that they were having difficulties with suppliers and this was followed up by another mail showing me 2 inferior bikes from China that they were prepared to offer me! It is now 26 June, and I have 1) Not received any communication from this company 2) Not had my money returned to my bank! Be warned, based on this experience - Do not order from this company!
I selected and paid for a child’s bicycle on June 5. I received a confirmation number and after a week I tried to contact them to confirm delivery date. They only provide an email address! Only on Friday did I get a response saying they were unable to to manufacture. They offered me 2 replacement bikes that do not look anything like my order! I want a full refund immediately so I can go and purchase a push bike ahead of my grand daughter’s birthday! I have asked them repeatedly to call me or provide a contact number so I can get this resolved with no more stress!!!!
