Serious power and water outages

There’s a serious water and electricity problem in this area. Balwin doesn’t seem to have a strategy to fix it which leads to tenants taking the brunt of it through extended water and power outages.

Last week there wasn’t any electricity due to an outage, today we’re 24 hours in without water.
