It is YOUR problem after paying for a service

Victor from King Cleanup came and washed our mattress, i specifically asked him to make sure the mattress is taken back into the house, when i came back the mattress was left under a tree and the bed still soaking wet. We left the mattress outside to dry and turned it to get rid of the excess water. Obviously from being left under a tree and too heavy to move due to the water it landed up dirtier than before. We finally were able to move the mattress inside the house and had the fan on to try and dry it asap. With the excess water the matress started smelling horrible and we tried to clean it as much as possible. We phoned Victor back and asked him to come and clean the mattress as it has a terrible \Wet Dog"/ Mold smell. We were told he would come back the next day. When i phoned him and asked when he is coming he said we should reschedule as he is busy"
