My experience was very bad, the sales person was very pushy to ensure everything is done quickly but after signing and taking the cars. The sales person started to ignore my calls when I wanted to ask about the progress of disc licensing and they charged me delivery cost (R8000+ )whereas I collected the cars myself and charged me (6000+) for installation of car tracker which they said I will start paying after 2 years. All of these cost were added on my loan with the bank. They reap peoples money with the advantage of been blinded by happiness

The lady said shes transferring me to Finance but the line rang unanswered. Should I get any enquiry or a vehicle under my name, ull have to answer where and when I app**** for a car.

On 27 September 2025 bought a car and the car was financed by ABSA BANK 2days down the line after receiving the car I than received the contract which the dealer of which they took their time to send to me, I find out I wasn't happy with the term the I was suppose to pay considering the fact that their installment was way to high on the third day decided to return the car back to the dealer since I was not happy and I felt that they were not honest with me due to the following reasons 1. The in initial amount for the car was R329 000 and when they make a loan to ABSA it they made R439 000 2. When I asked them they tell me stories that ABSA did not want to approve the finance until I settle my previous car installment 3. They took the money and never settle that loan for my previous car 4. Right now they sitting with the money together with the car 5. My contract between me and ABSA stated that they gave me 5 days cooling off period if there is something that I'm not happy with I can return the car back within that 5 days. 6 They put car track on that car without consulting me I only saw debit check from my bank account saying I must accept of which I did not but now keep on sending increasing amount that I owe them even they put the account on Nimble already I returned the car on the third day and told them things that I was not happy with and also told them that I no longer trust them because they never disclosed whole information to me and also went to ABSA reported to them that Ive return the car back to the dealer gave them my reasons. But up until today they are refusing to return back the money that they took from ABSA an d ABSA also they don't want to assist me concerning this matter.

very bad, this business is a ****, I don't even have a log book and the car its self is way over priced. the things they promised to fix, they started ignoring my calls and everyone else I have spoken to is complaining. i have asked them all to come and write a review. these people are a ****. not good people and very malicious.

Recently bought a car beautiful car if i may say BMW 330i a day later the car started to make a funny sound on the gearbox there’s definitely something wrong with the gearbox because it’s a struggle to change it to sport and the engine is also leaking oil. Another thing you will think that they service their cars before selling them but NO because the car is notifying us that service is due😢
