I was previously insured with king price, I then canceled the cover. However, their consultants did not do their part of following cancelation processes. I was deceived that the cover is canceled. I therefore, requested a recording of the conversation and it is taking forever to provide it. Furthermore, I also requested unpaid letter indicating that they did not receive any premium for the month February and March, they are also refusing. Their propaganda is misleading us.

I watched Kingsmead Shoes loose in excess of R2000 in about three minutes. The poor sales people needed a pin code to verify the sale of two pairs of shoes, one pair to me and one pair to another lady. The manager who should have handled the pin code, had decided to take lunch (at home nogal) and was not willing to give the staff the pin code. The staff could therefore not complete the sale. In desperation they tried to phone the manager but to no avail. I assume more people had the same problem, so the store could have lost more sales. It seems that if one wants to lose sales intentionally, one should appoint this manager.

I bought a 2022 Toyota Hilux at King Of Car on the 31st of May 2023. After buying the bakkie I had to wait for my contract, so I left my bakkie to stand in my secure yard in my secure garaged parking while waiting for the contract. My bakkie finally started working last week and my driver heard a weird noise and reported it to me, I made the salesman aware who insisted that I take the bakkie to Toyota directly. I insisted to return it to KOC to check it out first. My driver took it in today and KOC claims that someone decat the bakkie and replaced it with a pipe. When I got home I took photos of the exhausted and noticed that a pipe has been welded there and it is clear that this had been done way before I even bought the bakkie.KOC wants me to pay to have this repaired but they sold me the vehicle in this poor condition and their poor welding job gave in hence this problem was exposed.
