I was deceived by king price
I was previously insured with king price, I then canceled the cover. However, their consultants did not do their part of following cancelation processes. I was deceived that the cover is canceled. I therefore, requested a recording of the conversation and it is taking forever to provide it. Furthermore, I also requested unpaid letter indicating that they did not receive any premium for the month February and March, they are also refusing. Their propaganda is misleading us.

King price insurance are deceiving if not careful.
I have had the worst experience with King price insurance after having insured my car with them. I spoke to king price consultants to cancel my car insurance cover because I could not afford to pay their high premiums. The consultant tried to offer better deals but i insisted on cancelation. Instead of canceling the cover as being told. A month passed without deducting, then second month debit order came through. By that time, I had already joined another insurance company. When I request a cancelation latter, it's dated a month after I have joined another insurance(whereas they were not collecting money from me). How can the covers still be active when someone has not paid or even worse, has being canceled? Isn't that they say no premium No cover?. They use this phrases when it suits them. I demand my cancelation letter to be dated the day spoke to their consultant bcz that's when I canceled the cover.

BAD SERVICE FROM SKYNET COURIER POLOKWANE BRANCH
Skynet Polokwane branch received my RTMC parcel and I was notified that it would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. It was on the 6th when they got the package and today is the 19th I haven't gotten the package, no communication, and no updates. Their tracking system only communicates information until the 15th and today is the 19th, no information is there on the system about my parcel. I called several times, and they all said they were calling the driver and they would get back to me. I am still waiting even now.

Bad service at Limpopo mall truworths
I went truworths polokwane at Limpopo mall, a very bad service there especially if you bought an item that is not from their store. I bought a trouser at middleburg truworths because only to find that the trouser doesn’t fit me. I went to polokwane truworths ( Limpopo mall) the manager ( dark skinned lady) gave excuses until they told me that I must take the trouser back to middleburg imagine because they can’t help me.

Poor service if not scammers
I purchased a cell phone from TFG APP and received a reference number and tracking number. The order was dispatched and returned without any communication with me. After a day it showed that my order was delivered and I haven’t gotten anything. I just do not know if the order is yet to be delivered or I’m scammed. But it’s been days without any communication.

BAD SERVICE AT LIBERTY
i had two investments plans with liberty. That is the worst organisation i have ever put my money in. i surrendered and cancelled the two policies in february. money has been ductucted from my persal until today (june). i called requesting them to cancel they said i must tell my HR to stop paying them. i went to HR he said he can't cancel either he doesn't have power to do that. i had to stand watch my money going out every month with no way of stopping it. I filled the refund forms and they later sent me an email to confirm that they received my documents and promised to pay within 4 working days. but trust that never happened in 4 weeks. i had to do countless phone calls demanding a refund. even now i was promised a refund for May and even now i haven't been refunded.

Bad service
The policy sellers used propaganda to convince to joined the funeral policy. I cancelled the policy after I realized that the policy is not the investment but funeral policy. Old Mutual deducted money from my persal two months after cancellation. I called and they promised to refund the money back. They didn’t. I went to the local branch and filled necessary documents and till this date, I have not yet received my refund.
