I was at the airport on the 11th October traveling to JHB and I was sitting at the Bidvest lounge and I kept on going to check if we are boarding and they said they are still boarding a delayed flyt, and there where long queues by the time I went back there again they said there are closed where there where people that where going through and I was not late at all and no one went to go call us at the lounge and it's right next door very close, the flyt left me in front of my eyes even though I was not late I had a huge emergency of a sick person in JHB and I had to pay R1300 extra for a new flyt and by the time I got to JHB visiting hours where over it was around 10pm and the next day the person I was going to visit passed away I am very disappointed by Flysafair and king Phalo Airport and I want my refund back there was no need to turn me away I was there on time, the lady at the gate was very rude she has no respect I was crying my lungs out
