I was at the airport on the 11th October traveling to JHB and I was sitting at the Bidvest lounge and I kept on going to check if we are boarding and they said they are still boarding a delayed flyt, and there where long queues by the time I went back there again they said there are closed where there where people that where going through and I was not late at all and no one went to go call us at the lounge and it's right next door very close, the flyt left me in front of my eyes even though I was not late I had a huge emergency of a sick person in JHB and I had to pay R1300 extra for a new flyt and by the time I got to JHB visiting hours where over it was around 10pm and the next day the person I was going to visit passed away I am very disappointed by Flysafair and king Phalo Airport and I want my refund back there was no need to turn me away I was there on time, the lady at the gate was very rude she has no respect I was crying my lungs out
Not professional at all my flyt left me behind where as if they had big screens or intercom that calls for call outs or a person that comes and let's us know when the queues have few people lots of people get left behind just for a simple things that needs to be done now it costs us our time and money I'm very disappointed
I am really angry and disappointed with Vodacom SA I was a very loyal customer for years but what they have done to me is the last number, I had a data and airtime contract with them and was due for upgrade I got a call from a guy offering me a better deal I expected not knowing the guy was lying about the amount I was going to pay, debit order went through it was too much and not the amount that we agreed on I immediately called them and canceled the contract, the guy I spoke to begged me not to cancel the contract but I insisted, later this year I went to Vodacom to take a new cell phone contract and I was told I'm owing them I was shocked how do I owe Vodacom were as I canceled the contract I then called customer care they filled a dispute for me and said they will come back to me I called again to check the feed back the didn't have the answer so I called in again now I was told now I'm handed over to the lawyers??? How am I handed over to the lawyers not notified yet not even given feedback of my dispute I laid I'm told I owe R1600 guys can you plz assist me on what process I need to follow to fix this cz I cannot pay for something I don't know of plz help...
