Poor service from kingpin roofing
Hired Steven to fix a small leak in my roof on or about 2 December 2024, it leaked the very 1st rain. The man has since dissapeared and not answering my call, except when I call him on the land line, then dissappear again.

no after service , guarantees meanless
had my roof repaired by Steven form kingpin roofing, it has started leaking in m hous eafter these rains have being trying to get hold of steven for 3 days, doesnt answer calls, emails, whatsapps nothing. just ignores me and i have a 5 year gaurantee. what terrible terrible service, please becareful of sweet talk

Kingpin Roofing - roofing, damping, and general maintenance work
Kingpin Roofing offers the services of damp proofing and roofing; as well as general home maintenance and improvements. The roofing and damp proofing were, from what I can tell, done very professionally. I will only be able to tell after the first rains what the results are - so far so good! However, when it comes to the home maintenance work, some general aspects need to be mentioned: 1. Quotes are provided for work in a haphazard way that lead to several aspects causing disputes. When it is pointed out that work still needs to be done, arguments follow. 2. The owner of the business speaks differently to you if you are a woman; and changes his tone when my son walked into the room. I felt disrespected and found the conduct of the owner at times quite rude. Although he always apologises afterwards, it place severe strain on having them work in your house, while such a negative atmosphere prevails. His workers are, however, friendly and kind, and hardworking. 3. Although the work in general was done satisfactorily, it was at times necessary to check and re-check to make sure that all was done according to a high standard. I would recommend Kingpin Roofing for their roofing and damp proofing work. However, I would not easily recommend them for general maintenance work, mainly because of the attitude of the owner. I would definitely not recommend them for work to be done when you are a single woman.
