*********** fnb home loan staff , i had to get a bond originator because fnb staff didnt do there job
on the 12th september 2025, i did an online application for an fnb bond, it was preapproved. then a cornel boshoff sent me an email that it had been pre approved, i asked which steps forward as i couldnt upload the documents on line. this cornell didnt even bother replying . that i had to get a bond originator as my offer to purchase was going to expire. now i phoned fnb home loans regarding my ebucks and they say they only give ebuck if you dont use a bond originator. but i tried going directly with fnb and they didnt do anyhting for a month. why should i be penalized because fnb staff dont do there job.

horrific no existing service and levies to pay only management frees for trafalgar
trafalgar is the managing agent for our complex. our complex has never had any problems everyone pays levies and the complex doesnt have money as the management fees from trafalgar is our levies. we dont have any backup now we had a burst water pipe and there is no money in the bank account to pay the water. ive been a home owner for 20 years. and no money. i have asked for fiancials, budgets and levy schedules to hand over to my lawyer as i am not going to pay levies just to be used just for management fees for trafalgar and we get no service from trafalgar .

poor service instore and specials ordered not delivereod and charged full price
terrible service at pick n pay irene village mall, from the bakery to the cashiers. not helpful dont greet you. you talk to staff at bakery they just walk off . and there asap. doesnt deliver what you ordered. its the third time now. i ordered shampoo on special yesterday they charged me full price. the meat isnt good quality. very disappointing. ive ordered fruit nothing arrives.

horrific servic
fnb sent me a watsapp to up date my details for fica. i went to fnb centurion and the consultant assisted me and informed me its all sorted. i then got another sms and email. i then went to fnb life style, which took an excess of 1,5 hours. they needed my fnb bank statements, dont know why its on there system, proof of address, payslips, id. i gave them everything. they phoned three times to make sure everything was in order. and to day i got an sms that my account is blocked for transactions. what is going on with fnb. this is totally unacceptable. terrible .

no after service , guarantees meanless
had my roof repaired by Steven form kingpin roofing, it has started leaking in m hous eafter these rains have being trying to get hold of steven for 3 days, doesnt answer calls, emails, whatsapps nothing. just ignores me and i have a 5 year gaurantee. what terrible terrible service, please becareful of sweet talk

horrific service at addiidas
i order stuff from Adidas on the 2nd of december, no delivery has taken place. they dont answer there phones or emails. i asked ot have it delivered to our offices and we closing on thursday what to do with this unacceptable service. actually no service

horrific customer service
eeze group, they dont return calls, they dont care about there clients. you call the person is on a call will call you back, you call again they in a meeting you call again they place you on hold for 30 minutes until they disconnect your call. horrific.

authorization declined after surgery, poor service
i had surgery on the 6th of August, and discovery approved part of the surgeries. now after approval they decided to reject everything. i called them on Friday was on the phone for 40 minutes. there case manager will sort it out. i called again today and they said its been rejected because i didnt get prior approval. but i have an authorization umber. what is the story with discovery? how do you issue authorization numbers and now reject everything. im tired of being on hold and nothing get resolved

Pathetic online service
I order some shakes on line on the 3rd and paid . Half my order arrived and the other didn’t . When I enquired about it they out of stock. Why does there system allow you to buy stuff and pay if they out of stock. Really bad service . They then sent an email if I. Want a refund in the account I bought from or my club card . This takes 2 days . I still haven’t got a refund two weeks later . This is really pathetic and unacceptable that they take your money and can’t delivery what you paid for . Even when you order they don’t give you a delivery date . You must just wait
