Slow service at Kings & Queens Funerals

Can someone from Kings & Queens client services please contact me? I was dealing with Phatie & Skhu and comms have since stalled after I submitted the forms.

I have asked for the banking details and a detailed way forward on joining the policy but no word.

It's perplexing with the number of funeral services companies sprouting all over the place, you think they would be more switched on and try their best to get four new members on board?! I will give it one more try since they come "highly recommended"- #WIN Will cop it to bad luck to have dealt with those two.
