Ref_ 23ARK171025 Service#440043575 After having to follow up myself due to Vox, my ISPs harrowing incompetence. The status of my OpenServe query has been on "UNATTENDED" for 2 days now. The message is the same, that a technician has been assigned to my case, but they are yet to reach out to me?! The nonchalance and lack of urgency is baffling and needs to be studied! I just want my internet back -why is it so complicated!?
No internet for 10 hours now. Vox said they have reached out to OpenServe But so far it's been from pillar to post Not happy, I work from home and my work has stalled!!
Still waiting for my gas tank to be delivered. Called the call centre 3 times, still no feedback /call back. Delivery was slated for next day (10June). The tracker is stuck on 'in transit'. Usually provides stellar service, don't know what went wrong this time?!
I don't understand why a simple update is taking so long? The call center agents aren't helpful at all, it's like pulling teeth!
Enough is enough! The runaround regarding this basic 2pot withdrawal, coupled with the chorus of complaints about fabricated "IT glitches," leaves no doubt: this is a deliberate scheme to lock us out of our money. The inexcusable nine-month delay in fixing this "process" is further evidence of this calculated injustice. Get me my money now!!!!!

Just a simple return has proved to be a nightmare! My 'box' has been stuck at the Clicks collection point now for a week because I'm being sent from pillar to post. PUMA says they have sent several emails to Pargo to get the waybill number sent to me. When I called Pargo, they sent me back to PUMA again.
