I ordered A0 Canvas for R700, received it with head, hands and legs cropped off. No mockup was sent for approval despite the imagine being square vs rectangular. Company refused to reprint or refund, rep**** "Have a nice day" when i complained which i found very rude and unprofessional.

I ordered 3 canvases on 19 January and still have not received any delivery. Very unresponsive on whatsapp - when I demanded I want to cancel and be refunded, I was told it is already processed.... another week later and still nothing :-(

Also have the worst experience with them. Paid for my order on the 5th of December 2025! And still up until today, the 26th of January 2026, still I have NO communication from them, nobody answers the phone. They don't respond to emails. I will NEVER purchase anything from these "*****sters" again. Beware of these ****mers!

I’m so annoyed at the fact that this people don’t care about their customers, it’s been 23 days waiting for my orders. They don’t answer their phones and they **** and said they are dealing with a lot of orders. I want my money back

Bad customer service and dishonest Although my canvas came out stunning the service was **********. It took six weeks for me to get my canvas and Canvas and Gifts responded once (in which they dishonestly stated that my canvas had been printed and would be assembled soon) to my queries about my order in the last week. I had to show up in person at their shop and demand that I get my canvas today, and only then did they actually print my canvas. I would not recommend this business.
