Timothy assisted me from the day i reported the claim up until the settlement and also removed my vehicle from the policy. Thank you very much for your great service and patience. I paid up my account last year. I send numerous emails to Collections@africanbank.co.za with o response. I get calls and sms's everyday saying I still owe them. I called in twice and the consultants is making empty promises. I got an email address from one of the consultants. The email address came back as undelivered. The email was Thamsanqadlamini@africanbank.co.za What do I have to do to get proper service from African Bank. Please sort this out. My contact is 081 728 8520
I made an online purchase on Friday morning. On Saturday I went to the branch in East rand mall. They explained to me I can't get the purchase cause I have to wait 2 to 3 days for an sms. The lady was so rude didn't even apologize. It's Tuesday already I haven't received any sms or email. When I log into my clicks app it just shows processing. How long do u proxess an online order? Why to you name your online purchase "click and collect" when I have to wait for my purchase that I have already paid for. I have a 2 month old baby and I bought her formula online just to make life easier for me. But I have to wait until you decide when I should get my purchase. Just refund my money back. I can't wait for 5 days and nothing is happening
I have been paying my Capitec account through MBD. For the past 2 months they debiting before my salary gets paid into my account. Thus resulted into bank charges. I queried with them and they said they will refund the bank charges. On the 22/06/2020 when i laid the complaint they advised me to send the bank statement that reflects the bank charges. I sent it to Ursula Koffman and she referred it to Eleanor Cohen on the same day. I waited for a call or email with feedback but nothing came through. i sent a follow up email to Eleanor Cohen on the 26/06/2020 to date i haven't received any feedback or refund. I called on the 24/06/2020 and told the lady that i will not make a payment up until my bank changes has been refunded.
My smart card number: ********** 2358 Customer number : ********** 4 I had a very bad experience with the consultants and the manager named Tebogo Thobejane hand at the call centre. I have emailed the manager my proof of payments and he confirmed on email that he will send it for allocation on the 12th September . Till today nothing has happened and one of my decoders is now inactive. I called again today and asked that I be called back but still no response. This is beyond bad service and because of their incompetence my service is disconnected.
I settled the account n July and i have asking them to send me a paid up letter. I am still waiting
I got a call from Home choice in August whereby i made arrangements for my payment to go off via debit order because i was only one month behind. I spoke to A lady and i cant remember her name but she then advised me they will debit every month and i agreed for the 27th. In September i got a call again because they didn't debit my account. I spoke to a guy and we arranged again for a debit order and they deducted one premium and he was suppose to call me back on the 23rd September to arrange the debit again which he didn't. The lady in i spoke to in August advised that they do debit orders and it will be easier for me, that is why i choose to pay with debit order. This month i am being called again with regards to last month that they didn't debit. It is not my problem you didn't debit. Fix my account and do not list me on my credit report as a bad payer. I am not the one at faulty here. You can go and listen to your recordings.
I called the call centre on the 24th August and spoke a consultant that didn't have a clue how to help me. I then spoke to that consultants Manager. He promised me that I will get my paid up letter the first werk of September and my credit profile will be updated. I am still waiting for the paid up letter. I have never experienced such bad service.
