Nonsense service provider
I’ve heard stories about you guys and your phone contract drama, now I’m experiencing exactly that. Why are you guys employing people who do not know their job? My people when you get a chance never take a contract phone with this people because they will always stress you. You guys think we have all time in the world to be always running after you? I’m so disappointed in you guys, I’ve had enough, I will for sure make people aware of your nonsense service

I’m so annoyed at the fact that this people don’t care about their customers, it’s been 23 days waiting for my orders. They don’t answer their phones and they **** and said they are dealing with a lot of orders. I want my money back

I want my certificate
Yet again Rosebank disappointed me. After walking on stage for my graduation I was told my certificate of not there, tears went over my eyes seeing that my peers got theirs. I was told I will receive a call before end of week, that was supposed to be last week and hey i didn’t receive any call from anyone, no communication…. I tried calling and no one has helped me as yet. How long must I wait? I want to register for postgraduate and I need that certificate to do so.

Disappointed
Since March I have been calling Rosebank College about my graduation since I was an online student. I would reach people and they say they will help, promise to call me back but end up not doing that. Do I have to miss my graduation after working so hard to get my degree. I’m so disappointed

To be honest I don’t know what to say about Rosebank College. As a online students they can’t help you when you go to campus at the same time they are not answering their calls, it’s always saying “our agent is currently busy” Who must help me now? I don’t recommend this college for distance learning

Low service
My biggest regret was registering at RC online. They tell you to log a ticket in order to get assistance and wait 5 working days. My 5 working days has passed a long time ago and I haven’t even received any call or assistance at all. I’m beyond frustrated because I want to fix my things, finances, academic report and all that.

A satisfied student
I appreciate my Accounting Lecture Mrs Kate Ndala it’s being an amazing year. She works hard and making sure that all of us understand every chapter that she’s teaching. As a student I’m blessed to have her as a lecturer and I’m 100% sure that I will pass Accouting 1B.
